Controls

View By Selector
Select the view mode of each cells to Number or Note.
Attribute Selector
Answer
The cell is initially closed when playing.
Given
The cell is initially opened when playing. It colored blue. If it has no value(called Blank Given, Edit mode only), it is shown by 'G'.
Given Lock Button (toggle button)
If locked, the selected blank cell's attribute is set to Given. It is useful if you want to design all place of Givens first using Blank Given or copying from others.
Marker Button (toggle button)
This is a utility for mark or unmark to the selected cell to help editing problem. Marking is used for Edit mode only. The marked cell is drawn by number with circle (Number mode) or italic (Note mode). To clear the mark of all cells, use Clear All Marks command of Edit menu button.
Clear Button
Tap
Clear the value and the note of the selected cell.
Double
Tap
Clear the value, the note, the attribute and the mark of the selected cell.
Given Counter (read only)
Indicate Given's count. The number enclosed parenthesis shows blank Given's count(if any).
Number Selector

Set the value to the selected cell.
Note
Mode
Tap
Toggling the number of the note.
Double
Tap
Set the value to the selected cell and turn the cell to Number mode.
File Name (read only)
If the file is changed and not saved yet, The '●' mark is added left of the file name.
Consistency (read only)
Indicate whether the consistency of the problem is checked or not. This is checked when Check Given's Consistency command of Edit Menu button is done. This check is must for playing.

File Menu

New / Open / Save / Save As
Works like standard text editors.
Mail
You can send files by mail in plain text. It is good idea to send files to yourself to archive it.

Edit Menu

Answers ↔ Givens
This convert the attribute of all non blank cells. It is useful when copying from others. You can convert all inputted cell's attribute to Given by one tapping.
Automatic Generator
Problem Generating complete sudoku problem. You can play it as is or customize difficulty by editing.
Answer Generating complete sudoku answer. This is useful when you creating sudoku from answer.
Check Given's Consistency
This checks whether the problem has only one answer. It may take a few seconds if the problem is very difficult or Givens is too few(Time out is 15 seconds). This must be done before play.
If an error is found, Show Result command shows a set of resultant values. Don't think the set is only one because the problem with error (No Answer or Multiple Answers) has multiple sets of resultant values in many case. So if you fix the error of the set, another error may occur repeatedly.

Buttons

Undo You can undo max 100 times. Play button or New command of File menu will clear undo buffer.
Play Begin play.
Hint Show hint one by one by green.

Six color variations are available.

Editor Options
Show Unique In Note
You can select whether to use Red Notes and Green Note of Note (see Using Note section for detail).
Show Duplicated Values
You can select whether to use the red coloring to duplicated values.
